Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the delicate nature of these personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards/certificates.
As stated above, we do not accept exchanges. However, in the event of our error, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Your replacement items will be sent to you at our expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
