When can I expect my monthly box?
Your first payment is processed when you subscribe. Boxes begin shipping mid-month, so you’ll receive your box before the next billing cycle.
Ongoing subscriptions are billed on the 22nd of each month.
I'm local to the La Crosse, WI area or Lake City, MN area. Can I pickup at the Boutique?
YES! Simply choose the pickup option at checkout. When your box is ready, you'll receive an email letting you know it's available for pickup.
Do you ship subscription boxes?
Absolutely. We offer shipping for all subscription boxes. Shipping rates vary by box and will be shown clearly at checkout so there are no surprises.
Can I ship to someone else as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout.We also offer 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid gift subscriptions, making this an easy and thoughtful gift.
If I subscribe to the Ultimate Box, will my Natural Beauty Box and Bathing Beauty Box ship separately?
No — everything is combined into one shipment each month. One box, one delivery, one shipping fee.
Is there a minimum month commitment or can I cancel anytime?
There’s no long-term commitment, and you’re welcome to cancel at any time. Because we begin planning and creating each month’s boxes in advance, cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before the billing date (by the 8th of the month) to avoid being charged for the following month.
To cancel, simply email us at angie@naturalbeautysoaps.net, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If I'm a current Bathing Beauty Box or Natural Beauty Box subscriber, can I upgrade to the Ultimate Natural Beauty Box?
Yes! Simply subscribe to the Ultimate Box and leave us a note requesting the upgrade. We’ll take care of the rest and adjust your existing subscription for you.
