Under no circumstances do we make claim to treat or cure any type of illness or health condition with these products. No information should be considered medical advice, nor should it replace the advice of your physician. It is your responsibility to use these products with the same reasonable care and cautions as any other personal product you use. Although these products are handmade using natural ingredients, the possibility of allergic reaction is not eliminated. If you experience any discomfort or abnormal reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Additionally, Handmade Natural Beauty is not responsible for any injury incurred by use or misuse of any product.
We treat all information as confidential. Under no circumstances will we disclose any personal or financial information not affiliated with the transaction process to a third party.
Occasionally, you may be contacted with product information and updates. Due to the delicate nature of these natural products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. Because we have no control over the fate of a package after it leaves us, only insured packages will be replaced if damaged or missing.
Our primary shipping method is US Postal Service Priority Mail which is usually a 1-3 day delivery time with delivery confirmation. Typically you will receive notification via your email from the USPS when the package is shipping in which you will be provided a tracking number which you can track at www.usps.com.

We include FREE insurance coverage up to $50 on all orders sent Priority Mail. Should you wish to insure a package that is under 1 pound in weight, please choose Priority as your shipment method rather than First Class. Only orders which are covered by insurance will be replaced if lost or damaged. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package and photos emailed to us to file a claim. It is then your responsibility to work with us and USPS to resolve your claim.
All Priority Mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 12 business days via USPS. If delivery or signature confirmations show the package is delivered, you will be required to work with your local carrier to determine the package whereabouts. If you have purchased insurance or placed an order where insurance was provided, we will reship all packages which have not arrived after 12 business days within the United States.
We are not responsible for a wrong address or a failure to retrieve an order. Shipping charges will be billed again to reship if returned to us. Additionally, you may be assessed a $10 surcharge after delivery if we are billed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do our best to get your shipments to you in time. But once the package is delivered to USPS, it is out of our control. Please follow up with your carrier and the USPS website to track your order. We will not be responsible for late deliveries or lags in delivery due to USPS slowness and no refunds will be given in these situations. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Handmade Natural Beauty is committed to recycling. We recycle all packaging materials (peanuts, bubble wrap, paper and air bags) sent to us by ingredient & packaging suppliers. When it is necessary to purchase packing peanuts, we only purchase the biodegradable variety.
