Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. During busy periods, please allow up to 2–4 weeks. Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days once shipped.

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or isn't right, please reach out and I'll make it right. Because everything is handmade in small batches, no two items are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, shape, and weight are completely normal and are not considered defects.

We often include a free sample with orders, but we do not offer unlimited free samples. If you’d like to try products before committing to a full size, some items are available in sampler sets.
