Secure on-line ordering available 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home. If you are ordering a gift for someone and would rather the receipt not be included, indicate in the comments "This is a gift, please email me the receipt." Also, if you'd like to include a special gift message, you may indicate that upon check out.

While we do often include free samples with orders, Handmade Natural Beauty does not offer unlimited free samples at this time. However, if you wish to try before commiting to a full size product, some items are available in Sampler Sets as in the Handcare and the Footcare sections. Additionally, we now offer a set including random samples of an assortment of our products. Please click here for more information.

Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. (Mon-Fri)., pending payment approval. However, large orders and to allow for backordered ingredients or above average influx of orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. Rush service may be available - Please call me to discuss.
Shipping is based on the weight of order.
Orders are shipped either through USPS or UPS.
USPS Priority Shipping is usually 1-3 business days within the U.S. Please allow for production time as well as shipping time when ordering.
Orders are shipped without delivery signature requirements unless otherwise requested (additional fees apply). When a delivery confirmation/tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier claims delivery. If you do not receive a package, in which delivery is confirmed by the carrier, we will help you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue but we are not liable for a lost or stolen packages. For additional protection against loss or damage, we recommend you purchase a signature service and/or insurance at the time your order is placed. Please specify any special shipping instructions and you will be notified of the additional cost. Insurance of $50 is included at no extra cost with all orders shipped USPS Priority Mail. If an insured item is lost in transit or damaged, your cooperation will be required to work with the USPS to process the insurance claim.
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry. Refusals or packages returned to us will require additional postage to resend. No refunds will be given on misdirected or refused orders.
International shipping options will appear upon checkout and will include Tracking & Delivery Confirmation.
Any import taxes or duties fees are the recipient's responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. In the event of refusal, the recipient will be billed return fees.
